03/07/11 Separated out Dover incentives (now operating on a unique structure different from other munis) for creation of a separate entry. Also, Lewes no longer funds non-residential projects and has lowered incentives across the board. Seaford also no longer offers incentives for individual projects and is using green energy funds for community renewables.
01/21/11 Updated contact person at DE Energy Office.
10/19/10 Created this as new entry from existing DE Green Energy Incentives entry addressing munis, DEC, and Delmarva. Municipal incentives have not changed since February 2010 so details and summary remain essentially the same.
Incentive Type: Utility Rebate Program
02/07/2012 No changes.
03/07/11 New entry created for the Dover Green Energy Program. Separated this out from the other municipal utilities because it is distinctly different (new levels effective 03/01/11). Incentive levels generation follow the schedule used by Delmarva except maximum incentives are much lower and there is no separate (higher) incentive for wind and solar thermal for non-profits. Dover does include an energy audit requirement.
